These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms of online sale of ENJOY SELFIE software licenses, offered for purchase on the website www.enjoyselfie.com .

3. Products offered

ENJOY SELFIE is software designed for managing photo booths.
The product sold is an annual user license, accessible by download, allowing activation of all the software's features.

4. Trial version

A free 15-day trial version is available on the website.
It allows you to freely test the software's features before making any purchase.
⚠️ This version is not mandatory before purchase, but its availability allows the customer to ensure that the software meets their needs.

5. Price

The price of the annual license is €149 including VAT.
The price is indicated in euros. PICKLES GRAPHIC SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of the order.

6. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed via the website www.enjoyselfie.com .
Payment is made by credit card via a secure payment system.
The order is considered validated upon confirmation of payment.

7. Delivery

The license is delivered electronically.
After payment, the customer receives an activation key or a link to activate their license via email. No physical item is sent.

8. License Duration

The purchased license is valid for a period of 12 months from its activation.
No automatic renewals are made unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Renewal is initiated by the customer.

9. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the prior consent of the consumer.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions and proceeding with the purchase, the customer:

• expressly requests the immediate execution of the license,

• waives their right of withdrawal,

• accepts that no refund will be issued, even if the software is not used.

10. Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for the compatibility of their equipment with the software.
PICKLES GRAPHIC SARL cannot be held responsible for any installation or usage failure due to an unsuitable hardware or software environment.
The trial version allows you to check these elements beforehand.

11. Intellectual Property

The ENJOY SELFIE software, its interface, its trade name, and all related elements are the exclusive property of PICKLES GRAPHIC SARL.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification or resale is strictly prohibited without written consent.

12. Personal Data

The data collected during the ordering process is used solely for administrative, accounting and customer support purposes.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer can access their data or request its deletion by writing to contact@enjoyselfie.com.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution.
Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the registered office of PICKLES GRAPHIC SARL
