End User License Agreement (EULA)

ENJOY SELFIE Software

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is concluded between you (the “User”) and the company SARL MONSIEUR PHOTOBOOTH, SIRET 905 075 032 00037, located in Savoie (France), publisher of the ENJOY SELFIE software.

By installing, copying, or using the ENJOY SELFIE software (trial or full version), you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

1. Purpose

This Contract governs the use of the ENJOY SELFIE software, distributed by SARL MONSIEUR PHOTOBOOTH.
This is an annual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited user license.

2. Free trial version

The User has the option to download a free trial version of the ENJOY SELFIE software, which can be used for a period of 15 days.
This trial version allows you to freely test the features before any purchase.

⚠️ Using this trial version is not mandatory, but by making it available, the company allows everyone to evaluate the software before purchasing the full version.

3. Absence of right of withdrawal and reimbursement

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the User accepts that the execution of the license begins immediately after purchase.

Therefore, the User expressly waives any right of withdrawal.

Therefore, no refund will be given after purchasing the full annual license, whether the software has been used or not.

4. Duration and renewal

The license is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
It is not automatically renewed unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. Renewal is at the discretion of the User.

5. Intellectual Property

The ENJOY SELFIE software and all of its components are the exclusive property of SARL MONSIEUR PHOTOBOOTH.

The User undertakes not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software

• Reproduce the source code or disassemble the software

• Resell, lend or rent the software to third parties without authorization

6. Authorized Use

The license authorizes the User to install and use the software on a single workstation at a time, for personal or professional use.
Any fraudulent or unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of the license.

7. Updates

During the term of the license, the User may benefit from software updates offered by the company, without guarantee of frequency or specific functionalities.

8. Liability

The User is responsible for ensuring that their hardware is compatible with the software.
SARL MONSIEUR PHOTOBOOTH cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, or interruptions of activity resulting from the use of the software.

9. Termination

The license will terminate automatically at the end of 12 months, or immediately upon breach of this Agreement.
In the event of termination, the User must cease all use of the software and uninstall it.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This contract is governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of SARL MONSIEUR PHOTOBOOTH.

Acceptance

By installing or using the ENJOY SELFIE software, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted without reservation all the terms of this End User License Agreement.
