End User License Agreement (EULA)

ENJOY SELFIE Software

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (the “User”) and the company SARL PICKLES GRAPHIC, (France), publisher of the ENJOY SELFIE software.

By installing, copying, or using the ENJOY SELFIE software (trial or full version), you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

1. Purpose

This Contract governs the use of the ENJOY SELFIE software, distributed by PICKLES GRAPHIC SARL.
This is an annual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license.

2. Free trial version

The User has the option to download a free trial version of the ENJOY SELFIE software, usable for a period of 15 days.
This trial version allows you to freely test the features before making any purchase.

⚠️ The use of this trial version is not mandatory, but by making it available, the company allows everyone to evaluate the software before purchasing the full version.

3. No right of withdrawal or refund

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the User agrees that the execution of the license begins immediately after purchase.

Therefore, the User expressly waives any right of withdrawal.

Therefore, no refund will be given after purchase of the full annual license, whether the software has been used or not.

4. Duration and renewal

The license is valid for 12 months from its activation date.
It is not automatically renewed unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Renewal is at the User's discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The ENJOY SELFIE software and all its components are the exclusive property of PICKLES GRAPHIC SARL

The User agrees not to:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing the software

• Reproduce the source code or disassemble the software

• Reselling, lending, or renting the software to third parties without authorization

6. Permitted Use

The license authorizes the User to install and use the software on a single computer at a time, for personal or professional use.
Any fraudulent or unauthorized use may result in the immediate termination of the license.

7. Updates

During the term of the license, the User will be able to benefit from software updates offered by the company, without any guarantee of frequency or specific features.

8. Responsibility

The User is responsible for ensuring that their hardware is compatible with the software.
PICKLES GRAPHIC SARL cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of the software.

9. Termination

The license will automatically terminate upon expiry of the 12-month period, or immediately in the event of a breach of this agreement.
In the event of termination, the User must cease all use of the software and uninstall it.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of SARL PICKLES GRAPHIC.

Acceptance

By installing or using the ENJOY SELFIE software, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted without reservation all the terms of this End User License Agreement.
