As indicated in our tutorials, you do not need internet on site once you have prepared your terminal!

Only one connection is necessary before the event , so that the terminal can retrieve the elements prepared in your online space (train yourself via the short tutorials see tutorials ).

Then, it works offline (unless you offer the QR Code). If you forgot to upload the information before the event, a quick tethering with your smartphone will suffice.

Emails are saved even when offline and will be sent as soon as the terminal is reconnected (at home, for example). The "Synchronize" button allows you to speed up sending if necessary.

Important: To turn off the terminal, simply click the padlock in the top right corner to exit full screen, then shut down Windows normally. Do not go back into the software, or you will have to redo the internet configuration.

Enjoy Selfie saves the data, so there is no reason for you to have to reconnect the terminal to the internet and redo the route of your event if it had already been done. This problem is due to incorrect handling when you turn off your terminal (if necessary, please review the tutorial that talks about it)

Please check the extinction route of your Terminal:

To properly shut down the terminal: Do not completely close Enjoy Selfie! Just click on the padlock in the top right corner to exit full screen, then shut down Windows normally ( Start > Shut Down ).

👉 Do not go back in the software , otherwise you will have to reconfigure everything and reconnect the terminal to the internet on site. (if this happens, and there is no internet network, no problem, share the connection with your Smartphone, just to put the event back)

Video mode requires a fast SD card (class 10) to be placed in your camera

On your terminal, after testing the printing, you may then want to reset the counter to 0 once the terminal is ready.

It's very simple, on the terminal, you just have to exit your event and repeat the short process from the beginning (choice of event, file etc.) this will automatically reset the counter to 0, without needing to return to your online space.

We encourage you to use a good internet connection. Also, use a connection sharing service to see if this is due to your internet connection.

Have you noticed the "Synchronize" button on your terminal? Exit the shooting screen, click on it, it allows you to "force" the ascent.

NB: don't forget that souvenir videos cannot be uploaded to your cloud (far too heavy) (Photos + Boomerang only on the cloud), send them to your customers on a USB key (copy and paste the folder you created on your terminal, in the document folder) or put everything via a server like Weetransfert to send via the internet to your customer.

This is not due to Enjoy Selfie. We strongly encourage you to:

- Use a good quality USB 3.0 cable.

- Use an official Canon brand DC power supply, as some disconnections are caused by generic power supplies.

- Set up your camera correctly by disabling all power saving modes. For example, on the Canon R100, there are 4 in total to disable. Otherwise, your camera will lose its connection.

You must place a high-speed SD card (Class 10) in your camera to use this mode.

When I do the short process on the terminal, when saving in the document folder, it "churns" and I cannot move on to the next step.

This is due to your terminal, go to the "time and dates" settings of your Windows terminal, click on Paris and set the time + time zone automatically. Refresh.
